Victor gave me a quick and reasonable quote, showed up on time, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. He built the door frame, installed the door and lock and painted the frame and door to match my existing decor. He also cleaned up all the construction dust and materials when finished. We started in Brooklyn apartments — pre-war walk-ups with walls that aren’t square, co-ops that want a certificate of insurance on file before anyone touches the elevator. Today we work throughout the five boroughs and the tri-state area, on everything from a single installation to a full house renovation.

The crew is licensed, insured, and background checked. You talk to the same person from estimate to walkthrough, and we don’t call it finished until you’ve looked at the work.

What We Do

Most renovations mean hiring a painter, a tile guy, and someone for the floors, then hoping they show up in the right order. We do all of it, which means one estimate, one schedule, and one company answering for the result.

TV Mounting

Mounted into studs or properly anchored, never just drywall. Cables hidden inside the wall so nothing hangs below the screen.

Floors & Tile

Hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, and engineered floors with subfloor prep included. Bathroom, backsplash, and floor tile set level and grouted clean.

Lighting & Fixtures

Ceiling fans, light fixtures, shelving, blinds, smart switches, and thermostats. The small jobs that pile up, handled in one visit.

Full Renovations

Single rooms or whole homes, coordinated by one crew from demo to final coat. Kitchens, bathrooms, and full apartment refreshes.

Doors & Glass

Interior, closet, and entry doors hung plumb and latching right. Framed and frameless shower glass, sealed and squared so it closes clean and stays dry.

Walls & Ceilings

Interior painting with walls prepped and patched first. Plastering that leaves cracks and water damage smooth, plus drop ceilings for basements, offices, and apartments.
